Nokia N85 in India!!

Nokia has launched its dual-slider phone N85 in the Indian market. 

The phone has a 2.6-inch OLED screen and comes pre-loaded with 15 N-Gage games and a voucher for one full game licence. The phone’s dedicated gaming keys light up when the device is in gaming mode. 

In addition to the games, the phone packs a host of multimedia features. It offers an in-built FM transmitter, 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, location tagging capabilities, a three month integrated license for turn-by-turn voice navigation and high-speed connectivity. 

At the launch event Devinder Kishore, director-marketing, Nokia India, said, “N85 was created to be more than the sum of its parts, offering a complete mobile entertainment package. Combined with landscape gaming and dedicated gaming keys for additional comfort, the phone breaks the boundaries of mobile gameplay.” 

The phone comes with an 8GB microSD card, which allows storing up to 6,000 music songs. It powers up to 30 hours of music playback time. 

The built-in FM Transmitter allows users to play music wirelessly through a car or home stereo. The phone also has a 3.5mm headset connector and dedicated music keys. 

Nokia N85 will start shipping on October 20th, 2008 and will be available for Rs 27,299.
